Integrated slicers and filters for custom date selection, enabling users to dynamically explore booking metrics, customer behavior, and ride outcomes within a selected timeframe.Conducted comparative analysis across multiple vehicle types (e.g., Sedan, SUV, Auto, EBike) to evaluate booking value, success rate, and average distance traveled, aiding fleetoptimization.
Total 28,933 rides were cancelled, 30.42% cancellations by customers were due to the driver not moving to location, highlighting a key operational issue needing driver accountability improvements
Driver-side cancellations (35.49%) were largely due to personal or car-related issues, suggesting a need for better vehicle maintenance protocols and driver support systems.
